    An organically certified farm in the San Juan Island interior, Pelindaba is becoming one of San
    Juan Island’s leading attractions. Their wonderful little store offers everything lavender: bath
    salts, lemonade, linen water, shampoo and so much more. Now featuring an expanded store
    and the world’s first Lavender cafe in their new Friday Harbor location. Lavender harvest festival
    each July.

    If you’ve never seen an Alpaca farm, you’ll be astonished at how tidy and adorable these llama
    relatives are. Krystal Acres has 70 acres of pasture and more than 40 alpacas. There is a public
    viewing point as well as a great little store selling a selection of alpaca products.

    An historic 1895 one-room schoolhouse is the setting for San Juan Vineyards tasting room and
    gift shop just 3 miles North of Friday Harbor. SJV grows Madeline Angevine, Siegerebbe, and
    Pinot Noir varietals.

    couple sells local sheep products including wool yarn, hand-made bed comforters and sheepskin
    rugs. Also hand-crafted wrought-iron products. In the spring and summer, the farmers are
    happy to show children of all ages the wonders of their sheep, lambs, piglets and laying chickens.
